These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications and services ("Services") provided by Landed Pilot, LLC ("we," "our," "us"). By downloading or using our apps, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

Some apps may require a paid subscription, managed by RevenueCat through your Apple or Google account.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your device's account settings.

Subscription fees are billed by Apple or Google, and their terms apply.

We do not handle or store your payment information directly.

3. Advertising

Free versions of our apps may display ads provided by Google AdMob. Ad content and targeting are controlled by Google according to its own policies.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, code, and materials in our apps are the property of Landed Pilot, LLC or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any portion of our Services without prior written consent.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Services.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our apps and Services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Landed Pilot, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use the Services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pennsylvania.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our apps after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
